The Handpicked Health standard of service is not software that points you in a general direction, it’s relentless human pursuit that handles logistics, hold times, and wait lists to secure care so members don’t go on a wild goose chase. If a doctor is listed, but unavailable, we don’t present that option to your employees. That means they will only see the doctors who have availability to see them.

One of our members had been suffering with unrelenting pain for months and needed help from someone he could trust, so he called us. We pulled out all the stops and, in 24 hours, got him to a pain specialist. Seven days later, he was seen by a top surgeon. He’s doing well, back at work.
